Minced Pork
1/3 pc
Onion
1/4 pc
Carrot
4 tbsp
Green onion
1/2 pc
Firm tofu
2 tbsp
Mirin
1 tbsp
Garlic
.5 tbsp
Salt
1 tbsp
Sesame oil
1 tsp
Black pepper
1 cup
Flour
4 pcs

How to make it


Step 1

Finely dice the onion and carrot. Thinly chop the green onion.
Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground pork, tofu, onion, carrot, green onion, tofu, and two eggs.

Add mirin, minced garlic, salt, sesame oil, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

Divide the mixture into small portions and shape into round, flat patties.

Lightly coat each patty with all-purpose flour. Shake off any excess flour.

Beat the eggs in a separate bowl. Dip each flour-coated patty into the beaten egg, making sure it is evenly coated.

Heat a lightly oiled nonstick skillet over medium-low to medium heat. Place the patties in the pan and cook for approximately 3–4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and the pork is fully cooked through.
