Beef bulgogi
2.5 tbsp
Soy sauce
.5 tbsp
Oyster sauce
1 tbsp
Sugar
1 tbsp
Plum extract
.5 tbsp
Garlic
4 tbsp
Green onion
2 tbsp
Onion
1 tbsp
Mirin
.5 tbsp
Sesame oil
.5 tbsp
Sesame seed
1 tsp
Black pepper

How to make it


Step 1

Finely chop the beef into small pieces. Finely chop the green onion and onion.
Step 2

In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, plum syrup, minced garlic, green onion, onion, mirin, sesame oil, sesame seeds, and black pepper. Mix well.
Step 3

Add the chopped beef to the marinade and mix thoroughly until the beef is evenly coated.
Step 4

Divide the marinated beef into portions and gently press into thin, compact patties.
Step 5

Heat a lightly oiled skillet or grill over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for approximately 3–4 minutes per side, or until nicely browned and fully cooked.
