Ingredients
  • Napa cabbage1/2 pc
  • Radish8 oz
  • Beksul buchim mix1 cup
  • Water1.5 cup

Recipe

step 1

1. Thinly slice radish, then brine with salt (set aside for about 10 minutes. Drain the liquid out)

step 2

2. Saute brined radish until soften

step 3

3. Mix batter 1 cup of pancake mix and 1 1/2 cup of water

step 4

4. Coat napa cabbage with flour

step 5

5. Coat napa cabbage with batter

step 6

6. Fry coated napa cabbages until golden brown

step 7

7. Roll napa cabbage with cooked radish

step 8

8. Enjoy!
