1. Thinly slice onion, jalapeno, and green onion

2. Boil mussels and sliced onion with liquid in the package and add 1 cup of water, boil for about 10 - 15 minutes

3. Add jalapeno, grind garlic and green onion and bil another 5 minutes before serving
