Ingredients
  • Pork back ribs1 package
  • CJ Korean BBQ Sauce1 cup
  • Onion2 oz
  • Nongsan Rice Cake1 cup
  • Mozzarella cheese1 cup
  • Gochujang

Recipe

step 1

1. Slice onion and green onions and chop jalapeno

step 2

2. Mix bulgogi sauce with gochujang and chopped jalapeno

step 3

3. Cook ribs with sauce and 2 cups of water for about 30-40 minutes until the pork is tender and liquid dissolves on medium heat

step 4

4. As ribs are almost done add rice cakes and onions and cook until rice cakes are tender

step 5

5. Spread mozzarella cheese on a pan and add cooked ribs on top and sear it until the cheese is melted
