Unexpected deliciousness is wating with this Egg Noodle recipie!

Not the egg noodle you find at Chinese restaurants! Though the name is the same, this egg noodle dish is like nothing you would expect!

  • Gompyo Somen 8 oz
  • Dr. Chung's Vegetable broth4 Tbsp
  • Maeil Soy Sauce with Kelp 1/2 Tbsp
  • Egg 2 eggs
  • Green Onion 1 oz
  • Onion 1 oz
  • Minced Garlic 1/4 oz
  • Jalapeno 1/2 pcs
  • Dried Seaweed

step 1

1. Slice onion, green onion and jalepeno

step 2

2. Boil 2 cups of water with vegetable broth

step 3

3. While the broth is boiling, mix eggs, 1.5 tbsp water and .5 tbsp potato starch

step 4

4. Cook eggs into an omlette and slice thinly

5. Add onions, soy sauce, garlic to broth

step 6

6. Cook somen

step 7

7. Plate broth, somen, and sliced omlet

8. Add green onion and jalepeno to taste and enjoy!
