  • Yoodong Whelk 1 can
  • Naengmyeon Broth 1 pack
  • Cucumber
  • Onion 1 oz
  • Red Cabbage 2 oz
  • Gochujang Sauce 5 tbsp
  • Perilla Leaves 1 oz

Recipe

step 1

1. Slice Perilla Leaves, Onion, Red cabbage, Cucumber

2. Cut whelk into bite size pieces

3. Cook noodles and rinse with cold water

4. Mix cold noodles broth with gochujang sauce

5. Add somen into broth, top with choppped veggies and whelk. Mix well and enjoy!
