This recipe is perfect for Easter picnics or even for packed lunches!

Ingredients
  • Dongwon Tuna1/2 can
  • Chung Jung One O'food cooked rice1 pack
  • Boryeong Whole Seaweed 1 sheet
  • Chung Jung One Luncheon Meat1/2 can
  • Egg 2
  • Sliced cheese1 sheet
  • Sriracha Mayo 2 tbsp

Recipe

step 1

1. Cut spam and slice cheese and seaweed into half

step 2

2. Cook spam for 2 - 3 min

step 3

3. Mix tuna with mayo

step 4

4. Roll cheese, tuna mixture, and cooked spam in seaweed

step 5

5. Wrap rice around rolled seaweed firmly

step 6

6. Coat with eggs

step 7

7. Fry until golden brown

8. Cut in half and enjoy!
