1. Slice pollack roe in half and use a spoon to scrape the inside roe out of the skin.
2. Microwave potato for about 2 ~5 minutes until tender and smash with milk.
3. Mix mayo with pollack roe
4. Place potato in the bottom of the pan
5. Layer potato, 1/2 of pollack roe mix, rice cake and then top with remaining pollack roe
6. Cover with mozzarella cheese and cook in oven @350 F for about 10 min until cheese is melted
7. Garnish with dried seaweed and pollack roe and enjoy!
