1. Cut rice paper into bite size wedges and fry for 2 - 5 seconds until crispy
2. Mix mayonnaise and wasabi
3. Cut salmon and avocado into small cubes
4. Top fried rice paper with salmon and avocado
5. Add wasabi mayonnaise sauce to taste
6. Enjoy!
