  • Gompyo Somen2 oz
  • Greenland Rice Paper4 pieces
  • Cocktail shrimp12 pcs
  • Perilla leaves8 pieces
  • Bell pepper 1 oz
  • Carrot 1 oz
  • Pickled radish 1 oz
  • Peanut sauce 4 tbsp

Recipe

step 1

1. Thinly slice bell pepper, carrot and pickled radish

2. Cook noodles and rinse with cold water

3. Soak rice paper in water to soften it up

4. Assemble vegetables and shrimp on top of rice paper sheet

5. Roll rice paper
