  • Kabocha Squash 3 oz
  • Gompyo Flour1 tbsp
  • Glutinous Flour 1 tbsp
  • Chinese Yam 2 oz
  • Dates 2 pcs
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Water 2 oz

Recipe

step 1

1. Finely chop or grate kabocha squash and slice dates

step 2

2. Peel and slice Chinese yam then blanch

step 3

3. Mix flour, glutinous flour, salt, and chopped squash

step 4

4. Fry kabocha squash batter in medium heat until golden brown and place chinese yam in the center of the batter

5. Top with dates and enjoy!
