  • Just Tofu 1 pack
  • Onion 1 tbsp
  • Carrot 1 tbsp
  • Salt1 tsp
  • Pepper 1 tsp
  • Flour3 tbsp

step 1

1. Dice carrots and onions

2. Cut tofu into 8 square pieces

3. Mix tuna, onions, carrots with salt and pepper

4. Place tuna mix in between tofu slices
