Corn syrup

How to make it

Step 1

Boil sugar, corn syrup and water (1 cup) on med heat

Step 2

Boil for about 15~ 20 min until syrup turns light gold

Step 3

When sugar is ready, lower the heat and quickly coat fruit skewers

Step 4
