  • Potato starch 2 tbsp
  • Soybean flour 1 cup

1. Crumble soon tofu and add potato starch

2. Microwave for 1 min repeatedly

3. Stir until tofu mixture becomes chewy

4. Place soybean flour on a plate and coat the tofu mixture

5. Slice coated tofu mixture into bite sized peices
