  • Golbangi (bai-top shell)1 can
  • Red pepper2 pieces
  • Butter2 tbsp
  • Onion1/2 piece
  • Garlic3 pieces
  • Vinegar1/2 tbsp
  • Sugar1 tbsp
  • Soy sauce1 tbsp

Recipe

step 1

1. Make sauce with soy sauce (1tbsp), sugar (1tbsp), vinegar (1/2 tbsp).

step 2

2. Slice garlic (3 pieces) and red peppers (2 pieces).

step 3

3. Saute garlic with butter (2tbsp) on medium heat for 1~2 min.

step 4

4. Add the bai-top shells then stir fry for 2 min.

5. Add sauce and red pepper.
