Recipe

step 1

1. Cut seaweed in half and connect both ends with water

2. Roll mushroom in seaweed tightly

step 3

3. Cut 1 inch thick round slices *wetting the seaweed helps with cutting

4. Coat mushroom rounds with potato starch

step 5

5. Sear mushrooms until crispy

step 6

6. Mix all the sauce and boil the mixture on a pan until it becomes slightly thick
