How to make it

Cut radish into 2 inch thick slices

Cook radish in water, LHJ Secret Coin, O'Food Soy Sauce and mirin

Sear cooked radish with perilla oil on low heat

Cook oysters with perilla oil and soy sauce in low heat

Mix perilla oil, potato starch and water in low heat

When mixture thickens, pour over radish steak
