  • Big Green Onion 1 pc
  • Onion 1 pc
  • Garlic8 pcs
  • Ginger 1 pc
  • Soju 1/2 cup
  • Salted Shrimp Sauce
  • Kwang Che Foods Red Pepper Powder1 tbsp
  • CJ Beksul Plum Syrup2 tbsp
  • CJ Beksul Plum Syrup2 pcs
  • Green Peppers 2 pcs
  • Salted Shrimp 4 tbsp
  • Garlic2 tbsp
  • Sesame Seeds1 tbsp

step 1

1. Slice the green portion of green onions into halves

2. Slice ginger into thin slices and onions into large slices

3. Season pork belly with salt and pepper

4. Layer seasoned pork belly and sliced green onions

5. Cut the layers into bite sizes

6. Layer ingredients and then place ginger in between

7. Pour soju over the layers

8. Cook in low heat for about 30 - 45 minutes

9. Mix Salted Shrimp Sauce ingredients together

10. Enjoy steamed pork belly with salted shrimp sauce
