  • Brisket 4 oz
  • Green Onions2 tbsp
  • Enoki Mushrooms 1 pack
  • Dongwon Beef Broth Cubes 1 pack
  • OFood Spice Mix (Beef Flavor) 0.5 tbsp
  • Garlic 1 tbsp
  • Soy Sauce 2 tbsp
  • Fish Sauce 1 tbsp
  • Pepper 2 tsp
  • Rice Cake 8 oz

Recipe

step 1

1. Slice radish, green onions, and enoki mushrooms.

2. Cook brisket for 2 minutes.

3. Add radish and cook for another 2 minutes.

4. Boil water and a broth coin for 5 minutes.

5. Add remaining ingredients and cook until rice cakes are soft.
