Ingredients
  • Medium Firm Tofu1/2 Block
  • Onion1/4
  • Potato1/2
  • Zucchini1/2
  • Chopped Green Onion2 tbsp
  • Broth Tablet 1
  • Fermented Soybean Paste 2 tbsp
  • Sliced Brisket5 oz
  • Enoki Mushrooms1/2 Pack
  • Minced Garlic1 tbsp

Recipe

step 1

1. Cut all vegetables into bite-sized pieces.

2. In a pot, sautu00e9 the brisket until half cooked, then add garlic.

step 3

3. Add 2 cups of water and the broth tablet, then boil for 3 minutes.

4. Add the chopped vegetables and soybean paste.

5. Once vegetables are cooked, add tofu and enoki mushrooms and boil for another 3 minutes.

6. Sprinkle green onion on top before serving.
