  • Quail eggs2 cans
  • Shishito peppers1 cup
  • Garlic1/2 cup
  • Soy sauce8 tbsp
  • Sugar4 tbsp
  • Corn syrup2 1/2 tbsp
  • Mirin4 tbsp
  • Korean seasoning syrup (Yondu)1 tbsp
  • Cooking oil

Recipe

step 1

1. Heat oil in a pan and cook quail eggs until slightly browned. Add garlic and cook for 3 to 5 minutes.

2. Add 1 1/2 cups of water, soy sauce, sugar, corn syrup, mirin, yondu, and shishito peppers.

3. Bring to a boil and simmer for about 10 minutes, or until the liquid is reduced by half.
