Ingredients
  • Tofu1 pack
  • Onion, thinly sliced1/2 pc
  • Green onion, thinly sliced1/2 cup
  • Cooking oil1/2 tbsp
  • For the sauce:
  • Water1/4 cup
  • Soy sauce4 tbsp
  • Korean chili flakes (gochugaru)2 tbsp
  • Oyster sauce1/2 tbsp
  • Minced garlic1 tbsp
  • Sugar1 tbsp
  • Sesame seeds1 tbsp
  • Sesame oil1 tbsp

Recipe

step 1

1. Cut tofu into bite-sized pieces.

2. Mix all sauce ingredients in a small bowl.

3. Heat cooking oil and perilla oil in a pan. Sear tofu on both sides until golden brown.

4. Pour in the sauce, then add onion and green onion on top.

5. Let it simmer for about 5 minutes, or until the sauce reduces slightly.
