  • Bibigo Tofu - extra firm1 pack
  • CJ Sesame Oil1 1/2 tbsp
  • CJ Plum Syrup1 1/2 tbsp
  • Rice Noodle (Vermicelli)1 pack
  • Oyster Mushroom, Seafood Mushroom, Shitakke4 oz
  • Carrot2 oz
  • Cilantro1 tbsp
  • Ginger1/2 tsp
  • Soy Sauce3 tsp

1. Cut extra firm tofu (4oz) into cubes

2. Slice mix of mushrooms (4oz)

3. Sear tofu for 4 minutes until brown

4. Slice carrots, green onion, ginger and add it to the pan with the mushrooms then stir fry

5. Add ginger, soy sauce (3tbsp), plum syrup/sugar (1tbsp), and season with salt accordingly

6. Cook rice noodles (1 package)

7. Place tofu and vegetables on top and garnish with cilantro
