  • Onion, sliced1/4 pc
  • Green onion, chopped (divided in half)1 cup
  • Minced garlic2 tbsp
  • Tofu, cut into bite-sized pieces8 oz
  • Pork belly, cut into bite-sized pieces10 oz
  • Cooking oil1 tbsp
  • Kimchi, chopped6 oz
  • Soy sauce1 tbsp
  • Korean chili flakes (gochugaru)1 tbsp
  • Sugar1 tbsp
  • Fish sauce1 tbsp
  • Sesame oil1 tbsp
  • Oyster sauce1 tbsp
  • Gochujang (Korean chili paste)1 tbsp

Recipe

1. Prepare the ingredients: slice onion, chop green onion (divide in half), and cut tofu and pork belly into bite-sized pieces.

2. Heat oil in a pan and sear pork belly until golden brown.

3. Add chopped kimchi and stir-fry briefly.

4. Add soy sauce, chili flakes, sugar, fish sauce, oyster sauce, and gochujang. Stir well.

5. Add onion, half of the green onion, and garlic. Stir-fry until fragrant.

6. Add tofu, then finish with sesame oil and the remaining green onion. Mix gently and serve.
