Ingredients
  • Eggs4 pcs
  • Mirin1 tbsp
  • Finely chopped carrot1 tbsp
  • Fish sauce1 tbsp
  • Chopped green onion1 tbsp
  • Water1/2 cup
  • Coin soup base1 pc
  • Sesame oil1 tbsp

Recipe

step 1

1. In a bowl, beat eggs and mix with fish sauce, carrot, green onion, and mirin.

2.  In a pot, bring water to a boil and dissolve the coin soup base.

3. Slowly pour in the egg mixture while stirring gently.

4. Stir lightly around the edges of the pot to prevent sticking and ensure even cooking.

5. When the eggs are about 80% set, turn off the heat, cover, and let rest for 1 to 2 minutes.

6. Drizzle sesame oil on top and serve.
