Jjageuli Jjigae is a thick, flavorful Korean stew made with pork, kimchi, and a spicy seasoning base. Rich and hearty, this dish is perfect with a bowl of rice and brings deep, comforting flavors to the table.

1. Cut potato and onion into bite-sized pieces. Slice green onion and jalapeno.

2. In a pot, cook pork belly with sugar over medium heat until golden brown.

3. Add gochujang, gochugaru, tuna sauce, soup stock coins, green onion and garlic. Stir well, then pour in water just until ingredients are barely covered.

4. Boil for about 15 minutes, or until the broth reduces to about one-third and thickens slightly.

5. Add jalapeno before serving.
