Ingredients
  • Kimchi, chopped1/2 cup
  • Cooked rice2 packs
  • Minced garlic1 tbsp
  • Chopped green onion1 tbsp
  • Oyster sauce1/2 tbsp
  • Pork belly8 oz
  • Gochujang (Korean chili paste)1 tbsp
  • Sesame oil1 tbsp
  • Sesame seeds1 tbsp
  • Soybean paste (doenjang)1 tbsp
  • Sugar1/2 tbsp
  • Chopped onion1 tbsp
  • Nori flakes1 tbsp

Recipe

1. Slice green onion, kimchi, and onion into small pieces.

2. Prepare a bowl with rice, green onion, kimchi, sesame seed, sesame oil, and onion. In a small bowl, mix oyster sauce, gochujang, soybean paste, and minced garlic to make the seasoning sauce.

3. Grill pork belly until golden brown, then cut into small pieces.

4. Add the rice mixture to the grill with the pork belly and pour in the sauce. Stir-fry everything together until evenly mixed.

5. After mixing, flatten the rice on the grill and cook for about 2 minutes until you hear a light crackling sound to make a crispy, scorched rice layer.
