1. Finely chop the onion and green onion.

2. Season the ground pork and beef with the chopped veggies and all seasonings.

3. Cut the king oyster mushrooms into medium-sized strips so they look like "bones".

4. Wrap the seasoned meat around the mushroom strips, leaving the ends of the mushrooms exposed.

5. Sear on all sides

6. Add 1/5 cup of water, cover with a lid, and cook until the meat is fully cooked through.
