Ingredients
  • Beef rib chunks 3 lbs
  • Shiitake mushrooms 6 pcs
  • Carrot 1/2 pc
  • Green onion 1 bunch
  • Chestnut1 can
  • Onion 1/2 pc
  • Potato1 pc
  • Sugar 1/4 cup
  • Mirin 1/4 cup
  • Soy sauce 1/3 cup
  • Ground garlic3 tbsp
  • Ginger1 tbsp
  • Sesame oil 1 tbsp

1. Cut all vegetables into bite-size chunks.
