How to make it

Cook soba noodles according to package instructions.

Rinse thoroughly under cold water and drain well.

Thinly slice the green onion.

Make the sauce by mixing perilla oil, soy sauce, sugar, and sesame seeds in a bowl.

Crumble the seasoned nori.

Place the noodles in a bowl.

Top with crumbled nori and sliced green onion.

Pour the sauce over the noodles and mix gently.
