Briquette-grilled Bulgogi captures the bold aroma of fire-grilled beef with its signature smoky finish and savory marinade. Tender and flavorful, it's a comforting Korean favorite inspired by traditional briquette grilling.

Ingredients
  • Thinly sliced pork belly1 pack
  • Gochujang2.5 tbsp
  • Korean chili flakes3 tbsp
  • Corn syrup1 tbsp
  • Sugar1 tbsp
  • Garlic (minced)1 tbsp
  • Cooking wine2 tbsp
  • Black pepper (to taste)
  • Sesame seeds1/s tbsp
  • Julienned green onion (for side garnish)

1. In a bowl, mix gochujang, Korean chili flakes, corn syrup, sugar, garlic, cooking wine, black pepper, and sesame seeds. Reserve a small amount of the sauce for the green onion salad.

2. Add thinly sliced pork belly to the remaining sauce and mix well. Marinate for about 30 minutes.

3. Thinly slice green onion and toss with the reserved sauce.

4. Heat a pan over high heat and cook the pork until caramelized and fully cooked.

5. Serve with seasoned green onion on the side.
