A clean rich broth with soft delicate dumplings that are filled with flavor! We added some Ottogi Beef Bone Soup to add some extra umami with every bite. Don’t forget to pair the delicious broth with some rice!
1. Boil broth accordingly to package.
2. Separate egg yolks and egg whites.
3. Cook the egg yolks and egg whites separately and slice them as garnish.
4. Add dumplings (5 pieces), boil until cooked, and serve.
