In Chinese culture, families gather around the dinner table and have a hot pot in the middle on Lunar New Year's Eve. We made this yummy tradition vegan + budget friendly by making Mushroom Tofu Hot Pot packed with a variety of flavorful vegetables like z

  • Just Tofu1/2 pack
  • Maeil Gochujang2 tbsp
  • Water3 cups
  • Oyster mushroom 1/3 pack
  • King oyster mushroom2 pieces
  • Seafood mushroom1/3 pack
  • Shiitake mushroom3 pieces
  • Napa cabbage1/4 piece
  • Bokchoy1 pieces
  • Zucchini 1/2 piece
  • Carrot1/2 piece
  • Crown daisy1/2 bunch

1. Cut tofu

2. Cut mushrooms

3. Cut rest of the vegetables.

4. Place mushrooms, tofu, napa cabbage, bokchoy, and zucchini in a shallow pot.

5. Add water and gochujang. Boil until everything is cooked.

6. Enjoy!
