Spicy Fishcake

Fishcake on a stick was the best afterschool snack growing up, AND a staple anju (food to eat while drinking).

We gave fishcake a little twist by making it spicy and more flavorful with Maeil Tteokbokki (spicy rice cake) Sauce. Add more sauce if you want a kick, and less if you have low spicy tolerance.

Ingredients
  • Maeil Tteokbokki Sauce5 tbsp
  • Big Mama's Secret Coin Stock1 package
  • Fishcake on skewers8 pcs
  • Green onions1 bunch

Recipe

1. Boil water with packaged stock

2. Add tteokbokki sauce (5 tbsp)

3. Add fish cakes and let simmer for 7-10 min until sauce thickens and fish cakes turn red

4. Enjoy!
