1. Chop kimchi, onion and seame leaf
2. Drain oil from tuna and add it to kimchi
3. Saute kimchi, onion, tuna, green onion with gochujang and let it cool
4. Mix eggs and kimchi tuna batter
5. Cook and roll batter on low heat. Start rolling once the bottom sets
