Gyeran Mari (Korean Egg Rolls) is an iconic Asian egg delicacy. But ever want to spice it up with something a little more?

Add our Bibigo Kimchi and Dongwon Tuna in for the mix! Any kimchi lover would love this new flavor in the egg, and nothing goes better with it than a can of tuna.

Ingredients
  • Dongwon tuna 1/3 can
  • Bibigo kimchi 2 tbsp
  • Sliced onions 2 tbsp
  • Sliced green onions1 tbsp
  • Egg5 eggs
  • Sesame leaf1 pack
  • Gochujang1/2 tbsp

Recipe

step 1

1. Chop kimchi, onion and seame leaf

step 2

2. Drain oil from tuna and add it to kimchi

step 3

3. Saute kimchi, onion, tuna, green onion with gochujang and let it cool

step 4

4. Mix eggs and kimchi tuna batter

step 5

5. Cook and roll batter on low heat. Start rolling once the bottom sets

step 6

6. Enjoy!
