Steamed egg with silken tofu is not only simple to make but it's super healthy! All you have to do is mix eggs with water, place the silken tofu in a bowl, pour egg mixture, and pop it in the microwave! DONE! So simple, yet it's savory and healthy!

  • Pulmuone All Natural Soon Tofu1/2 pack
  • Eggs4pcs
  • Green onion1/2 cup
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • jalapeno1pc

Recipe

step 1

1. Mix eggs with water and season with salt and pepper

step 2

2. Strain the egg mixture

3. Cut tofu and place it nicely in the pot

step 4

4. Pour egg mixture on top of tofu

step 5

5. Cook in high heat for 3 minutes

step 6

6. Top with chopped jalapeno

step 7

7. Cook in low heat for 4 minutes
