  • Rice1pack
  • Silken tofu1/2pack
  • Zucchini1oz
  • Onion1oz
  • Serrano peppers1oz
  • Bell peppers (optional to put different color)2oz
  • Green onion 1oz
  • Seasoning ingredients
  • Gochujang2 tbsp
  • Oligo syrup1.5 tbsp
  • Sesame oil1 tbsp

Recipe

step 1

1. Chop zucchini, onion, bell pepper, serano, green onions into small dice and cut tofu in half.

2. Mix gochujang and sesame oil, and oligo syrup for sauce.

3. Lay rice and top with diced vegetables.

4. Add tofu and cook in the microwave for 5 minutes.
