This could seem strange to you, but I like to have Ginseng Chicken Soup during the dog days of summer. It's already hot outside, but why have hot soup? Well, it's to restore and invigorate your health! But like last week's recipe, we also added a twist! W

Ingredients
  • CJ Bibigo Ginseng Chicken Soup1 pack, 1/4 cup broth
  • parmesan cheese 1 tbsp
  • onion2 oz
  • whipping cream1/4
  • garlic3 cloves
  • CJ cooked rice bowl (instant rice)1 pack

Recipe

step 1

1. Chop onion and garlic into small dice

step 2

2. Debone chicken and shred from the packet

step 3

3. Save the broth (1/4 cup)

step 4

4. Saute garlic and onion for 3 min

step 5

5. Add rice, chicken, and broth in low heat

step 6

6. After rice thickens add cream and cheese and cook until rice is creamy and thick

step 7

7. Top with your favorite herb and enjoy!
