Try out the Corn Curry, that's not only simple and easy to make, but also so filling!
1. Cut onion, carrots, and jalapeno into small dice
2. Steam corn in the microwave for about 5-7minutes
3. Saute onion for about 1-2 min., then add carrot and corn kernels
4. Add 2 cups of water and curry packet
5. Add Jalapeno at the end
6. Enjoy with a bowl of rice!
